The Western Newfoundland Chaper of CAVUNP, in collaboration with Corner Brook Branch 13 of the Royal Canadian Legion, has undertaken to compile a list of the final resting places of all veterans whose graves are located in Western Newfoundland and Labrador.
The following list is a first draft and is obviously missing many names. We invite the public, and in particular the families of these veterans, to send us information of other veterans whose final resting places are located in this area. We would also like to include those communities which have been abandoned, and their cemeteries that are now in danger of being lost.
